<p>Andrew Ellis, independent, fishery consultant, fishery, uk, UK</p> <p>Since 1990 I have been employed as a fish farmer and fisheries management consultant for several companies and whilst I have gained a wealth of experience from this I have always thought that not enough was being done to educate landowners so they can become self sufficient, improve income from waters and enhance any fishing that may occur.</p>
